IMPORTANT: In all circumstances, we strongly discourage deleting/uninstalling apps to try to fix problems unless explicitly instructed to do so by our customer support agents. Puzzle Page becomes unresponsive when certain puzzles are opened (iOS)

(Updated 03/12/2021) We're aware of an intermittent issue that could cause the game to stop responding to touch inputs when a new puzzle was opened. An update that resolves this issue (4.4.1) is now available. Please update your app to the latest available version.

Puzzle Page crashing when app is launched (Google Play)

(Updated 03/12/2021) We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting a small number of players on Android devices where Puzzle Page can become inaccessible due to a crash when the app is launched.

We are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue. Please check Google Play regularly for app updates.

If you are unable to access the app, and are using the Cloud Save feature (enabled by default), you may be able to continue playing on another Android device logged into the same Google ID. Download the Puzzle Page app on the other device and on launch your saved data should be synchronised automatically.

Please refer to the Playing Guide ("Saving your progress") for more details about this feature.

Update not appearing on Amazon AppStore for some users

(Updated: 03/08/2021) If you're playing on a Fire tablet and are unable to see the current months' daily pages, please ensure your device is connected to the internet and leave the game idle on the main (hub) screen for at least one minute. (You may need to fully close down the app and relaunch it before the pages appear.) If the current day's page is still not visible when the app is restarted, please try the process a second time but wait two minutes - and if you're still having problems please contact us via the in-game help system if you have not done so already.

We're hoping to have the app update (that resolves this issue) available to all players as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience.

(Original message) The most recent Puzzle Page app update (version 4.1.2) is not yet appearing on the store for users with certain device models/operating system versions that are supported by the game. We are working with Amazon to resolve this issue as soon as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience.


One Clue Crossword puzzles sometimes not registering as completed

In certain rare circumstances, a One Clue Crossword puzzle (and, very rarely, puzzles of other types) can be filled in with all the correct clues but the game will not detect this properly and progress to the 'Puzzle Complete' sequence.

You can restart the affected puzzle by selecting the RESTART option from the ⋮ menu during play. Once the puzzle has been restarted it should complete normally.

We're working to address this rare issue in a forthcoming app update.


Picture Block puzzles displaying invalid clues

We're aware of a rare issue that can cause single-square blocks in a Picture Block puzzle to be counted as unsolved, preventing that puzzle from being completed. This issue will be corrected in a forthcoming app update.


■ Subscription not being detected

Puzzle Page needs to connect to the internet intermittently to check the current subscription status. If the game is played in offline mode for an extended period the subscriber benefits might become unavailable. Fully closing down the app and relaunching it while the device is connected to the internet usually fixes this issue.

Some Google Play users have encountered an issue where the game persistently fails to detect their active subscription, typically when moving to a new device on the same Google Play account.

This specific issue - a bug in Unity's Google Play subscription implementation which affected several apps - is now resolved. If you're still experiencing this issue, please ensure that the Puzzle Page app has been updated to the latest available version.

If you are still having problems with your subscription, please contact us through the 'Help' system in the game and include the email address of your Google Play account in your message as this will allow us to check the status of the subscription and assist you directly.


■ Daily Pages for current month not appearing

In certain cases where automatic updates are disabled or the device was unable to communicate with the app store for an extended period, an old version of the app may still be installed. If you are unable to access the latest Daily Pages, please ensure you have the most recent version of the app installed.
