Tokens are used to unlock new puzzles in each game mode from the Map View screen.
On this screen you will see a grid of tiles, most of which (at the start of the game) will contain padlock icons.
Tapping on one of these locked tiles will display a prompt allowing you to unlock it and play it, for the token cost displayed.
You can also spend tokens to replay previously completed puzzles - simply tap on a completed puzzle (a yellow star icon) to be prompted to replay that puzzle.
