Picture Cross does not contain any option to reset the game to it's initial state. Furthermore, our customer support team are not able to modify your progress data for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding.

If you would like to request your account data is removed in accordance with data protection obligations, please refer to the FAQ: "Delete your account and erase your data". Please note that this will NOT reset your progress in the game.
