By default, Picture Cross stores your progress data locally on your device. If the app is deleted or your device is reset to its initial state, this data will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
To safeguard your progress, you can Sign In to create an account. This will allow you to restore your progress if the app is deleted, your device is factory reset, or should you choose to continue playing on a new device*.

Signing in
● Open the Picture Cross app and select any open puzzle pack from the Main Menu to open the Map View.
● Tap ⚙️ (Options) in the top right corner to open the Pause Menu.
● Select "Settings" and then ☁️ (Cloud Save) to open the account management page.
● If you're not already signed in, you will see the option to sign in using one or more authentication methods.
● Select your preferred method and follow the instructions to complete the process and link the game to your account.
Once you've signed in successfully, your progress will be saved to the Cloud automatically during play whenever your device is online.
If you can't see the Cloud Save option, please ensure you have updated Picture Cross to the latest available version on your device's store.*
Transferring your progress
In the event of accidental data loss or migrating to a new device, you can sign in again (using the same credentials) using the steps above to restore your progress data (including coins and tokens).
Please ensure that you have successfully signed in on your original device before signing in on the new device.
● Transfer of coins and tokens will only happen on first signing in on a new device. We recommend signing in straight away after launching the game on a new device, before starting to play any puzzles.
● If you have signed in to the game on multiple devices and want to continue playing on more than one of them, coin and token balances will not be synchronised between devices again. Any acquired currency will be locked to the device where it was awarded/purchased.
* Please note that at the present time you can only transfer your progress to another device of the same platform/operating system. The cloud saving feature is not currently available on the Amazon AppStore version of Picture Cross.
