A crossword-style puzzle where all the answer words are made up of different combinations of a small set of letters. Draw words on the dial to complete the grid!
How to play
At the start of a Word Dial puzzle you'll be presented with an empty crossword grid, and a dial containing a small number of letters (usually 5 or 6 per puzzle).
Touch a letter on the dial and then hold and drag to subsequent letters to spell out a word. When you've spelled out the desired word, release your finger.
If you've entered a new word and it's one of the answers, it'll be added to the grid.

If you've entered a new word and it's one of the answers, it'll be added to the grid.
If the word is not a valid dictionary word, a word that has already been added to the grid, or a word shorter than any of the remaining words the grid is looking for, then the word will be discarded.
When all the words have been found the puzzle is complete.
Each letter on the dial can be used exactly once within a specific word.
If both the singular and plural versions of a word (e.g., CAT or CATS) can be spelled out on the dial, either or both may be separate answer words on the grid.
Bonus words
If a word entered on the dial is a valid dictionary word, but not one of the answer words for the current grid, it will be added to the Bonus Words board. You can view the words collected on the Bonus Words board by tapping the circle in the center of the word dial.
Once 15 Bonus Words have been found, you will be prompted to claim a reward and the board will be reset. The Bonus Words board is persistent between puzzles - so you don't need to find all 15 bonus words in a single puzzle.
Only one copy of each word can be added to the Bonus Words board per cycle. So for example if you find the same bonus word in two separate puzzles, it won't be added to the board the second time, unless the board was filled and reset in the intervening time.
Extra help
If you're stuck on a Word Dial puzzle, you can use coins to buy hints.
Hints can be used by tapping on the relevant icon in the status bar area.
The cost (in coins) to use each hint is printed under its icon.
■ Reveal Some Letters
Use this hint to automatically fill in a few random letters in the grid. You can use this as many times as you like to solve each puzzle (provided you have enough coins).
