Thank you for downloading Picture Cross Color! Here you'll find hundreds of challenging logic puzzles where you'll use number clues to paint a picture.
Picture Cross Color is based on a variation of Picture Cross - the classic logic puzzle sometimes known as Hanjie, Griddlers, or Nonograms.
Unlike classic Picture Cross, squares can be filled in different paint colors - allowing for more challenging puzzles as well as prettier hidden pictures!
When you first open the game, you'll be prompted to complete the "How to Play" section, a brief tutorial which will introduce you to the game rules and guide you through completing your first puzzle.
The tutorial takes 3-5 minutes to complete.
Puzzles in Picture Cross Color are organised into themed packs. You can browse through the available packs by swiping left and right on the main menu screen. At the start of the game, only one pack (Summer Camp) is unlocked, but as you progress through the game more packs will become available.
Selecting a puzzle pack from the menu will take you to the Map View. Here you can see the puzzles remaining to complete in the pack, represented by padlock icons. Tap an icon to select it and you'll see some information about that puzzle (the difficulty level and grid size). When you've found the next puzzle you want to play, tap the ▶️ (PLAY) icon near the bottom of the screen to be taken to that puzzle.
Unlocking new puzzles costs Tokens which can be earned in various ways during play.
