Please ensure that your device is connected to the internet before selecting the video option. The video must be watched to the end and be reported as viewed by the app before the reward is given. If you're still having problems:
1. Please try fully closing down the app (don't delete it), or powering down and restarting your device.
2. Please try waiting until the next day, if you have already watched several videos during the current session. There are a finite number of videos available to view at any given time.
If a video is not playing correctly or causing the game to crash or another error, please contact us, including details of the device you're using, and what the ad was for (if known). Faulty ads are usually removed from circulation quickly once they've been detected.
