Subscriptions cannot be transferred between app stores (e.g. the Google Play Store to Apple App Store).

As the purchase is processed by the app store, it is linked to your account in that store. This means that a subscription linked to an Apple ID cannot be detected by the Google Play Store or Amazon App Store. The app must be downloaded from the same app store the purchase was made through for it to be detected.
