Please note that the Amazon AppStore version of Puzzle Page is only compatible with Amazon Fire tablet devices running Fire OS 7 or later.

Additionally, Puzzle Page is not compatible with any other Kindle Fire/Fire devices purchased before 2014.

You can view the name and model of your Amazon Fire device by selecting Settings > Device Options > About Fire Tablet from the home screen.

If you are using one of the devices listed above:

- You will not be able to update Puzzle Page to the latest available version.
- You will not be able to download Puzzle Page again from the Amazon AppStore if you delete it from your device.

You will need to install Puzzle Page on a more recent Amazon, Android or iOS device to continue playing.

Please note that the Amazon AppStore version of Puzzle Page does not currently support transferring game save data to another device. If you install Puzzle Page on a new device, you will not be able to transfer any game progress previously saved on an Amazon Fire tablet. This includes transferring between Amazon Fire devices connected to the same Amazon user account. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We strongly recommend updating the Puzzle Page app to the latest available version before play, and cannot guarantee that all game content and features will continue to be accessible or function correctly when running older (unsupported) versions of the app.

Subscriptions

The Puzzle Page (Amazon Appstore) subscription product is linked to a specific Amazon user account, rather than one device.

If you currently have a Puzzle Page subscription that you access through one of the devices listed above, you will be able to continue to access your subscriber benefits through another Amazon Fire device attached to the same Amazon user ID. You can manage your subscriptions via the device's Settings or on the Amazon website.

Please note that due to the nature of the subscription products offered by Amazon and the other supported platforms, it is not possible to transfer a subscription purchased on one platform to a different platform. Please refer to the Subscriptions section of the FAQ for more information.
