Please note that Puzzle Page has now ended compatibility with some older versions of iOS. You will need iOS 13 or later installed on your iPhone or iPad to be able to download or update Puzzle Page from the App Store.

Please ensure that you are using the latest available iOS version for your device via it's Settings app.

The following device models are not able to be upgraded to iOS 13 or later, and as such are no longer supported by Puzzle Page:

■ iPad 4th Generation (2012)
■ iPad Air 1 (2013)
■ iPad mini 2 (2013)
■ iPad mini 3 (2014)

■ iPhone 5 (2012)
■ iPhone 5c (2013)
■ iPhone 5s (2013)
■ iPhone 6 (2014)
■ iPhone 6 Plus (2014)

■ iPod Touch 6th Generation (2015)


What do I need to do?

If you are not using one of the devices listed above, you will not be affected by this change and don't need to take any action.

If you are using one of these devices, to continue playing you will need to install Puzzle Page on a more recent iOS device.

What will happen to my progress and subscription?

Puzzle Page uses iCloud saving by default to allow you to continue playing on a new device. If you install Puzzle Page on a new iOS device (running iOS 13 or later) logged into the same Apple ID, your game progress should be synced automatically. Please refer to the "Saving your progress" section of this guide for more information about this feature.

Why have you made this change?

Device manufacturers continually update their operating system software to improve security and add new features. Eventually, they cease support for older devices as their technical capabilities (such as processing speed and memory size) are no longer sufficient to support all the new features users expect.

While we try to maintain compatibility with the earliest devices and operating system versions practically possible, eventually our apps (and the third party libraries they use to provide certain features) require features only available in newer operating system versions to continue to provide a good gameplay experience for the majority of players.


I have one of the listed devices and don't plan to upgrade. Can I still play Puzzle Page?

Please Note: As old versions of the game are not supported, we cannot guarantee that the game will continue to be accessible on your device in future, and not all game features will be available. For the best experience we strongly recommend playing the most recent version of the game.

You may still be able to access Daily Page content and Special Issues already present in the game.

You will not be able to participate in future limited time events, or receive new Special Issues.

You will not be able to download new app updates, and if the game is deleted from your device you will not be able to install it again.

Can I transfer my active iOS subscription to my Android or Amazon AppStore device?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the subscription products offered by these platforms, it is not possible to transfer a subscription purchased on one platform to a different platform. Please refer to the Subscriptions section of the FAQ for more information.
