Tap on the Hints counter at the bottom of the screen to open the Hints store. From there you can purchase different sizes of hint packs, and also chose to watch a video to earn one free hint at a time.

Please ensure that your device is connected to the internet and that you have a valid payment method associated with your app store account before attempting to make a purchase.
