In certain rare circumstances, the game will load to the title screen but won't respond to touch input.
We are working on a permanent solution for this issue, but in the meantime please try the following steps:
1. Disable any apps that adjust the screen colours - e.g. 'Blue Light' or 'Twilight' mode apps.
Some of these apps can be selectively disabled. For example, in Twilight, select 'More Settings', 'Enable Auto Pause in Apps' and choose the affected game(s) from the list.
2. If you're not running any such app, please try powering down and restarting the device.
3. Certain older Android devices are no longer supported in recent updates of our games. If you are unable to see the game's page on the store on your device (or the most recent update is not visible), you may need to update your device's Android OS software, or try a newer device, to continue playing the game.
